There is designated parking for two cars immediately adjacent to the flagstone path leading from the car park to the front door. This path is wide and flat with a 1cm threshold at the front door.
To the right of the entrance lobby, a wide door leads to the reception area which has a low level desk. From here a corridor which includes a slight gradient leads to the guest lounge and the breakfast room which again has a gradient access (1 in 12) through wide double doors. From the guest lounge a corridor leads to the two ground floor bedrooms, the first of which is suitable for fully independent wheelchair users. The washroom facilities include a wheel-in shower with folding seat and the bedroom has the required turning areas and is equipped with a standard double bed. The second bedroom has twin beds and standard bathroom facilities and is therefore more suitable for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. All ground floor public areas and the first bedroom have ceramic tiled floors, the second bedroom is carpeted. All bathrooms are fully tiled with a colour change and tiled dado at waist level.
