- Tyn y Wern is strictly no-smoking throughout.
- Accommodation is offered on a room only basis with optional continental breakfast available between 8.00 and 9.30 am.
- Rooms are let as bedrooms and may not be used for self catering purposes. Guests are politely requested to refrain from bringing in foodstuffs, particularly take-aways.
- Rooms and facilities are for the use of paying guests only. Non-residents are allowed on the premises at the owners discretion.
- We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 years.
- Check-in is normally between 2.00pm and 7.00pm. For arrival at any other time please contact us to make arrangements.
- Unless agreed otherwise, the rooms are to be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. An additional charge may be raised for unagreed late departures :- (£25.00 for departure 10.00am - 12 noon; £50.00 for departure 12 noon - 1.30pm.)
- Full credit/debit card details are required to secure the reservation.
- For payment by cheque, the full amount must be received at least fourteen days prior to the date of arrival.
- Any provisional booking will be held for seven days pending receipt of the card details.
- In the event of non-arrival, or cancellation with less than 3 days notice, 100% of the total cost of the room/s will become due.
(This may be reduced if some or all of the cancelled rooms/nights are subsequently re-let).
- We reserve the right to charge the credit/debit card with an amount necessary to cover any extraordinary costs incurred during, or as a result of, your stay due to, for example but not limited to, damage to property, fixtures and fittings or excessive cleaning being required.
