Tyn y Wern is strictly no-smoking throughout.

Pets accepted only with prior agreement.

The rooms will normally be ready from 2.00pm on the day of arrival.

Breakfast is served daily from 8.00am to 9.30am (9.00am to 10.00am Sunday).

Unless agreed otherwise, the rooms are to be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure (10.30am Sunday). An additional charge may be raised for unagreed late departures :- (£25.00 for departure 10.00am - 12 noon; £50.00 for departure 12 noon - 1.30pm.)

A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required at the time of reservation, or alternatively full credit/debit card details will be accepted to secure the reservation.

For payment by cheque, the full amount must be received at least fourteen days prior to the date of arrival.

Any provisional booking will be held for seven days pending receipt of the deposit or card details.

In the event of non-arrival, or cancellation with less than 3 days notice, 90% of the total cost of accommodation will become due. (This may be reduced if the cancelled nights are subsequently re-let).
